West Florida Public Library Board
The West Florida Public Library Board shall have the power to establish by-laws, rules and regulations for the operation of the West Florida Public Library system as may be deemed necessary for its preservation and to maintain its usefulness and efficiency; to fix and impose general rules, penalties, and forfeitures to Library property, books and materials.
Membership:
Seven members, three (3) appointed by the City Council; three (3) members appointed by Escambia County; and the seventh Member At Large appointed by the other six members. No Mayor, City Council Member, nor any officer or employee of the City shall be a member.
Term of office:
Four years

Monthly; First Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. at the Main Library
