Human Resources Division

The Human Resources Division provides service to employees and potential employees, the public, applicants, retirees, City departments and the City administration. The department is responsible for recruitment, introducing new employees to the organization, and responding to employee concerns during the life of their employment. As an "internal consultant", the department provides personnel management and employee insurance information, policy interpretation and develops new programs for City departments and the Mayor's Office.
