Planning Services Division

The Planning Services Division manages implementation of the City's Comprehensive Plan, development and implementation of special area plans and studies, reviews Census information and issues reports about the City's demographic, economic, housing and economic characteristics, implements the City's Land Development Code (LDC), manages review and publication of an annual public facilities capacity monitoring report, and administers the sidewalk program.
