Annual Financial Reports

Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports, commonly known as CAFRs, are comprehensive reports prepared at the end of each fiscal year. CAFRs are posted online and presented to the City Council in the first quarter of each calendar year following the end of each fiscal year.

Reports to Bondholders contain useful information to current and potential investors, rating agencies, bond insurers, municipal analysts and other interested parties.
