Monthly Line-Item Financial Statements

Monthly Line-Item Financial Statements provide a comparison of the Council approved budget to actual expenditures and encumbrances. Quarterly unaudited financial reports are also available. These financial statements and reports are unaudited; they are not the official statements of the City but rather a review of the progress to date each month as it relates to the budget. The official financial statements of the City are included in the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) and are presented to the City Council in the first quarter of each calendar year following the end of each fiscal year. Information in the financial documents have not been updated for developments subsequent to its issuance.

Also included here are the financial review presentations given to the City Council on a monthly basis.
