Bill Weeks is the Inspection Services Administrator, overseeing a division of 19 employees. Inspection Services is responsible for permitting and inspecting buildings to ensure public safety and welfare, code enforcement of the Land Development Code and issuance of occupational licenses.

Bill joined the city as a building inspector in 1997. He was promoted to Assistant Inspection Services Administrator in 2001 and became the Building Official in May 2006.
