
The administrative division provides the services necessary to support all fire department operations, including facilities management, communications, and administrative office staff. Facilities management oversees maintenance and repair of department buildings and equipment, as well as supply acquisition and distribution. Communications operates and maintains the City of Pensacola’s 800 mHz trunking radio system, and dispatches fire Department units. Administrative office staff receives, processes, and stores all paperwork related to department operations.
