The Planning and Development Services program involves implementation of the City's Comprehensive Plan, development and implementation of special area plans and studies, reviewing Census information and issuing reports about the City's demographic, economic, housing and economic characteristics, implementation of the City's Land Development Code (LDC), concurrency review and publication of an annual public facilities capacity monitoring report, and administration of the sidewalk program.
