APPROVAL OF MINUTES

The Architectural Review Board shall approve, or approve with changes, the minutes from the meeting held on July 15, 2010.

Episcopal Day School is requesting approval of a variance to allow a twenty-three (23) s.f. wall sign on the front façade in lieu of the maximum 12 s.f. sign allowed.

Henry H. Norris is requesting approval of canopy improvements; the installation of a new canopy on the side of the building; and the installation of a balcony and external spiral staircase on the rear of the building.
