The Gulf Coast Citizen Diplomacy Council announced today that oneof the 10 International Women of Courage will travel to Pensacola and Gulf Breeze to engage with her American counterparts and collaborate on ways to empower women and girls worldwide. Multiple City Council members have been invited to attend.
