Pensacola Mayor Ashton Hayward is seeking City residents interested in serving on the Escambia County Mass Transit Advisory Committee (MTAC). All members must be electors of Escambia County.

MTAC was created by the Escambia County Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of advising the commission on mass transit issues. The committee helps to facilitate a community vision by assisting in developing and maintaining effective and efficient mass transit systems in Escambia County. Regular meetings are held quarterly.

Mayor Hayward will appoint one (1) individual to the committee.   Applicants must be residents of the City of Pensacola and electors of Escambia County. Interested residents may complete the application online or obtain an application from the City Clerk on the 7th floor of City Hall or at (850) 435-1606. Completed applications should be submitted to the Office of the Mayor in person, via fax at (850) 435-1611, or mail at P.O.
