The Community Maritime Park Associates, Inc. (CMPA) Board of Trustees is responsible for overseeing the development and operation of the Community Maritime Park and is comprised of fourteen (14) members. The City is required to appoint the members of the Board of Directors for the CMPA not-for-profit organization.

At this time four (4) positions require appointments by City Council. Term of office is three (3) years, expiring October 14, 2014.
