Mrs. Faessel joined Energy Services of Pensacola in March of 2001 in a newly created Business Development position with responsibility to develop new business opportunities in order to increase ESP’s customer base and/or increase gas sales. Opportunities include new services and new markets as well as improve customer satisfaction in existing markets in order to retain customers through the evaluation and implementation of special projects. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree and her Masters in Business Administration from the University of West Florida in 1978 and 1988, respectively.
