Suzanne Humphrey is the Director of Civil Service (850-435-1660), and is responsible for overseeing the provisions of the Civil Service Act, including recruitment, selection, employment, promotion, discipline, and discharge of classified service employees.

Suzanne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management.  She is a graduate of Leadership Pensacola, is a student mentor at Global Learning Academy, and a member of the International Personnel Assessment Council with more than 30 years of experience in human resources.
